Each session lasts 30 minutes minimum, however, the results will be more significant if a session is 1 hour or longer. The effect of a one hour session will be roughly three times that of a half hour session. This is because after 30 minutes of energy therapy, the condition of your body and receptivity to the transmitted energy has improved.
